This badge is distributed to Registered Students who have passed the Corporate Finance course in the CBV Program of Studies. On completion of this course, Registered Students will understand the role of the CBV in business financings, including measuring financing needs, assessing financing capacity, deal structuring, and evaluating a number of financing solutions.
