Litigation Support in Business Valuation

This badge is distributed to Registered Students who have passed the Litigation Support in Business Valuation course in the CBV Program of Studies. On completion of this course, Registered Students will be able to apply valuation skills in litigation contexts, including economic loss quantification, personal injury, matrimonial disputes, intellectual property, business interruption, and expropriation. Registered Students will be able to understand the qualitative and quantitative items that a CBV must assess under each topic, including the key factors that a CBV must consider in calculating losses.
