Private Investments

This badge is distributed to Registered Students who have passed the Private Investments course in the CBV Program of Studies. After completing this course, Registered Students will have developed an understanding of private investment terminology, common private equity value creation strategies, infrastructure and private equity asset classes, generally accepted valuation approaches, use of financial engineering, tax considerations, acquisition process, and methods for benchmarking investment performance.
